43rumors rate this highly. But they ask the big question, given the relatively young age of the GF2, what would go in a new GF model? Note they don't know it will be GF3.
The recent G3 certainly bought the specs up, which made the GF2 feel second class to me. If the new GF (whatever it is called) is the G3 in GF2 body, I think that'll be the best small mirrorless camera yet and might be enough to make me have a look. The GF2 would continue on as a lower cost model.
I really hope their poll result does not come true. Adding a viewfinder to the GF series would destroy its positioning. That's why the G/GH exists! Think the target market is compact upgrader, not SLR downgrader.
Off topic: Girl at work, who has studied (film) SLR photography, borrowed the company DSLR the other day. She asked me how to get the image up on the screen to compose. It was a 350D so it's 2 generations before that... she was fine with the viewfinder, but expectations have certainly moved on!
