nah... not to worry

Maybe for surfing and word writing..

but not for the more demanding part like heavy graphics stuff and photoshop.

Not even extreme graphics gaming.

But Android tablets r surely great!

But pads are mostly aimed at the consumer market.

I dont really believe in surveys though.

Tablet computer may threaten the hardware market

May? It begun shortly after the release of the Apple iPad.

For most people a device like this is just fine, it does exactly what they need it to do, while being far less of a hassle, cheaper, smaller and generally easier to use.

I encourage people with basic computer needs to just get an iPad.

Don.Homer, how many people demand a computer that handles heavy graphics and needs a lot of computer power in general? So few compared to the aimed market of this that it's almost irrelevant.
Needless to say with increased hardware acceleration and CPU cores these tablets are going to get faster and faster quickly.

the iPad has flaws & the tablets threatening the hardware market is somewhat relative. tablets are limited for serious work. for web browsing & work presentation, they're great.
