This was one of a pair of Ring Necked Doves visiting my feeding station.
It was processed using HDR in Paint Shop Pro Photo X2.5 Shot with Sony A700 and Tamron 70-200 f/2.8 lens.

This happy grizzly woke up recently and was spending some quality time stretching and getting that breath pine-fresh again..heh.

Snapped with a Nikon D40 with a 55-200mm VR lens mounted on it on a grey overcast day on a mountain top at 3750 feet altitude or so.

ISO: 400

Post: Exposure adjustment, color adjustment, levels, and contrast.
I shot this handheld and as if it wasn't hard enough to focus my little model, about the size of my pinky nail, he/she would not stay still.

went to our local bird of prey centre on the weekend and found myself an animal pic :)

Wow, linking Flickr is sooo much easier than it used to be.
I went to Henry Doorly Zoo at the last minute. Took photos for 2 hours and left before the rush hour traffic. Just got home and slapped this up.
For some reason, the lighting reminds me of the prison cell under Jabba's palace. "Chewie, is that you?"
