f/5.6 is a tad slow for duck photography on a heavily overcast day

It's raining outside.

I could either get soaked miserably, possibly damage my camera and walk around an empty neighbourhood with everybody hiding indoors or animals taking shelter while I try to take pictures...

Or relax in front of a fire.

I think that I'll stay home.

Planning to visit Natural Arch again next week, was going to do it while the weather was overcast this week but my daughter from inter state visited and confiscated the car for shopping trips.

Cheers

Noisy shot better than no shot/motion blur/under exposure.

My 7D, with Sigma 150mm, flash and diffuser on it got dropped when a chair decided it wasn't going to be stable for a long time. Not a scratch on it. I was fearing if it landed the wrong way the hotshoe could get ripped off.
