Whatever you choose, be aware that minimal-sized bags seem more likely to engage the various controls, changing a setting during insertion and/or removal. I bought a small Crumpler that seemed so right, but it frequently moves my 7D camera from my favored aperture value setting. Otherwise, I really like the Four Million Dollar Home. Of course, what is minimalist and tight with a 7D will fit your camera more loosely.
