I have question did Tamron AF 70-200mm f/2.8 SP Di LD can take a good portrait if I use canon 500D or if not good can u suggest new one for me

The Sigma 70-200 f/2,8 HSM, the Sigma 50-150 f/2,8 and Tamron 70-200 f/2,8 are great portrait-zoom lenses on a great price point.
Check the used market as they are sold for much less, used.

I would avoid the Tamron one, it suffers from auto-focus inconsistancies, and more often than not it won't be completely sharp and with the focus ring mechanism used it's a pain to get it spot on.

I'd get one of the Sigmas instead.
