Glad you like it, feel free to add yours to the thread. We don’t have much of a winter out here, just rain … lots of rain.

I just saw this today, and wanted to say I really enjoy the images. I sometimes photograph graffiti as part of my job, to record/document the damage, and of course, most of it is mindless tagging, not remotely resembling art. I reckon I could explore the more ghetto places around here, in the daylight, to see if anyone is trying to seriously create art. A local ordinance requires business owners to immediately mitigate graffiti, so I would have to act quickly, lest the subject matter disappear. (I wear a badge, and patrol at night, with the primary responsibility of photography and fingerprinting, but unlike the CSI/CSU types, I am still also a first responder.)

On the subject of human misery, there is plenty of that around here. I had not thought of making it the subject of the artistic side of photography, but now I have an incentive to try it.
