Hi folks,
Thanks to
PC Pro for this heads up, though the story is reported elsewhere as well. The EU (European Union) is apparently set to drop tariffs ranging from between 6 and 14% on LCD monitors from Taiwanese, Japanese and American manufacturers after a complaint to the World Trade Organisation that the tariffs were unfair. But don't rush out with the credit card in hand just yet as the decision doesn't come into effect until the end of June.
That
HP ZR30w S-IPS LCD Display (or similar) might become just a tad more affordable in Europe.
Bob.
