Well, I went on my first outting with my first DSLR today and what better subject than the couple of horses up behind my apartment?

The weather's pretty miserable - a wet snow kinda thing. I remembered watching the tutorials and thought I should compensate for the overcast conditions, though I think I over did it... then tried to correct through editting.

Anyway, comments & critique welcome. This is one of my first shots and I'm here to learn!
