BBUUURRR!!!! Looks WAY to cold for me! That being said, I love this one. I have always had a thing for blown out skies like this shot. However that being said I know people who absolutely dispise blown out areas in an image. So for me, I like it.. For others? Who knows.

I think you could have gotten away with EV -0.3 or so to try to get more sky detail, but then you lose light elsewhere.

I think the exposure is fine as it is.

Maybe the composition could do with a foreground focal point? It looks a little flat, so a person standing on the near side bank or a tree or something could add more depth.
