Hi!

I dont think my Sigma 50mm is very sharp at F1.4, or F2 for that matter, much because of the fact that my 24mm beats it flat out, no contest.

Currently looking into this since there seems like there is great variations out there and I don't really know what is regarded as 100% or 50% for that matter, all I know for certainty is that I don't use it under F2 because I think it looks blurry. (In controlled manual focus environment with a stationary subject)
Is the one I have unsharp or not, I would like some help determining this as I am looking at the guarantee to maybe fix it if its the case.

I used an old gorgeous Exakta as subject.
Light consist of overhead roof light and a direct table lamp.
Canon 50D @ ISO200 on a tripod with timer to remove any motion blur.
The focus is on the Exakta text.
Setup in a low light situation as this is when F1.4 has the most value.

Do I have anything to complain about here or is this lens as good as it gets?

Please submit your own samples if you have this lens! =)

Sorry, I had a feeling about that, but I wanted to show the files with a proper size such that no extra clicking on links was needed.

I thought about posting in that part of the forum, but I thought that would be a little off topic tbh.
