In order to get the 5 second minimum shutter speed for the challenge, I had to dial in Lo 1.0 (ISO 100), F16 and add a 2 stop ND (In the dark, silly I know but I wanted to adhere to the challenge rules)

Then for the minaret I shot 3 bracketed exposures around the 5" exposure and used exposure fusion in Photomatix to blend them. Obviously the moon was a blur, so I then had to take a fourth shot at 1/80 second at F5.6 just for the moon and blended that layer in using Photoshop.

A pointless excercise, I know, but just trying some things out to adhere to the rules!

Great work :]

The moon looks very natural and only experienced guys will know that it was blended in photoshop.

Wouldn't you get similar effects without HDR?

Wow, one great shot of the moon!
The tower looks nice in this position too!
