I'm deciding buying a FZ100 or FZ35 Panasonic Lumix Camera. I read on all the posts that FZ100 camera have Image Quality problems because of its small sensor. But the question is... Is it posible to improve the Image Quality on the FZ100 by reducing MegaPixels from 14 to 12 or 10MP to take better pictures than FZ35?

You'd have to reduce it significantly to notice any difference. The best thing you can do with the FZ100 if you're shooting at low ISOs is to reduce the noise reduction and increase the sharpness - see the results pages of our FZ100 review.
