I have this little problem with Windows 7 Professional 32-bits. I have it running now for 2 days, and did all the usual setting changes I am used to (turning off screensaver, turning off sleep mode and turning off the auto screen off). But still, after 15-30 minutes or so, my screen turns itself off. Can anybody tell me how I can override this?

.
Control Panel/System & Security/Power Options/Change plan settings may get you where you need to be. :?:

Already been there! I am not new to Windows. I used it for my laptop (Windows Vista HomePremium), but for some reason on Windows 7 it works different, am I overlooking a feature?

EDIT: after some extra deep searching, I found "Hybrid sleep mode", turned this one off, and now my screen stays on. Curious why Microsoft makes that feature override all other settings used.
