Hello can someone give me some tips on how to clean a sensor properly instead of sending it to any local camera shop and get charge for about £40-60.

because when I look at my viewfinder there is this tiny black stuff a small hair i think or something else and it worries me so I want it to be removed.

recommended cleaning kit for cleaning a sensor.

That's not the sensor but the viewfinder housing!
Use a blower to remove dust, like you should do when your sensor is dirty.

If you see speckles in the view trough the viewfinder the dust IS NOT on your sensor. I dont know how you think a camera is built.... maybe like the Sony A33?

No, the mirror of your dSLR has some dust on it, simply use a blower.

It could be on the focusing screen as well, as is the case with my 50D. I have an annoying little speckle that won't go away
But in any case it's not on the sensor if you see it through the viewfinder. If you see it in live view though, then it could be

so i just have to blow some air on the viewfinder and that tiny thing will be removed.

I will buy some cleaning materials tomorrow and clean my camera right away.

IMO If I had a problem with dirt on the actual sensor I would not touch it with anything as it requires specialized cleaning and optically examining for imperfections.
But basic mirror, roof and viewfinder glass cleaning which is usually where the dirt is, is fine with a little bit of care and using proper camera cleaning gear.

I cleaned it already but theres some new dust or dirt so i'll clean it again using that specialised cleaning liquid with swab.
