I'm not a fan of signatures/watermarks. They seem a little egotistical and your large, colourful, fancy watermark is a huge distraction on your dark image.

This looks to be shot in a UK city, but I think your composition and sepia conversion doesn't really give me much feeling of the place. The Chinese colours, the people, the shops and restaurants are all absent.

Your sepia tones do look nice here though and you've managed to show some contrast between Victorian and Chinese architecture, but I'm not feeling the energy and colour of Chinese culture against the grim backdrop of British Victorian urban landscape.
