i really need a quick advice whatever the battery grip is right for me or not?
I really consider about but i not sure i good for me or not ?
Reason
I don't want need a second battery and more weight.
but i really love the extra Vertical grip for portrait and it easy to carry when walking outside because i don't put straps on neck.
one more love the ability to put AA battery when need as a last resource?

Only you really know if it's right for you or not.

You mention some of the advantages of battery grips, which makes them a plus to you.

On the other hand, the camera becomes larger and heavier.

I suggest that you bring your camera to a store where they have them, and try one on. See how it feels. If you like, it - go for it!

People put these grips on their cameras for many reasons. Some like the look and feel, some like the extended battery life - you can shoot all day and all night with a battery grip etc. etc. Give it a try

For a Canon 7D,yes! A grip would be very nice.
Like LahLahSr said,you should test the feel of the camera+grip package 1st. The grip will/should give you great comfort for shooting at any angle & better overall stability for using heavy lenses &/or flashes.

Go for it, I really like the grip of my D90 when the BG is added. The extra weight is also a benefit with lenses attached, I feel like the balance gets better. Be it on a tripod with a big lens, or with a small prime.
