Hi all,
Just getting used to video editing, and wondering if anyone can help me. What are the disadvantages of editing with Windows Movie Maker on Vista 32bit?

I'm transcoding the H.264 into Motion JPG via my EOS 550D's included Zoombrowser software. This enables me to add the resulting .avi files to the MovieMaker project.

Desired Output is for a Full HD Pal Samsung TV.

Comments much appreciated,
JK

Thanks for that. I checked out their website; seems to be a variety of versions. Which one would you recommend?
Also, excuse my ignorance but what does it offer over MovieMaker? A greater variety of effects?

There are much more settings you can edit, add sound tracks, transitions, plugins, etc.
