Nice photo SolarSanction - coincidentally I was in that exact same spot in late July, although it was overcast when I visited!

I was in the same spot 15 years ago, the housees warn't painted so bright though.
Very nice shot, it brings back one of the best vacations I ever had.

Thanks! I actually visited the place more than once during my stay in Alaska. The first time I went, it had rained... And the next day it was about 80° F! It is a bit more colorful because of my picture style setting and post processing in contrasts and slight vibrance.

Great competition this month with good entries, I wanted to shoot Para/hang gliders but the wind was to strong for them to fly on the day I went up the mountain, my entry is my standby.
