Im trying to get the Chromatic Aberration effect not fix it i cant find anything on google an you help?

Shoot through a plain sheet of glass?

If you want CA, buy the oldest cheapest lens you can find!

Shooting through flat glass wont give it, but if you use a cheap close up lens, that would (of course, only good for close ups...)

You could probably fake it in photoshop. Split the image into RGB layers and scale each one slightly differently before combining again.

Lens wise the plastic lensbaby optics are great for CA.

Many post-processing software packages have the ability to eliminate CA, e.g. Lightroom. Turning the respective control in the other direction simply creates a very realistic CA effect.
