This is the result from a fire in an excavator. I find the color fitting, speaking of heat and burning material. And I love the structure, and the little white figure...

Wow, love the colours Thomas. The little white "figure" also.. Man in a mask it looks like (with some strange antennae maybe?:? ) :) .

Well, perhaps not abstract enough!
I used f/5.6 at 150mm and the object would certainly have looked even stranger at f/2.8.
But then, it is hard to control the plane of focus. Should have tried!
