I'm looking to buy a monopod to make life a bit easier for me. I do quite a lot of motorsport photography, and use a heavy Sigma 135-400 lens. I find that it doesn't take long for my arms to be aching. I'm thinking of getting a monopod to help combat this, as well as try and make my images a little sharper.
I'm working on quite a tight budget, around £30. I have a head I can use, so that isn't necessary. Can anyone recommend a good monopod for me? I currently have my eye on a Manfrotto 679B that looks quite nice.
Any advice and tips are appreciated
Adam.
