I was testing the EF-S 55-250 to day and taking this photo, when I zoom in, its not very sharp, but do not know if its the lens or me expecting too much when I zoom into the photo

it could also be a bit of motion blur..

Its also strange, I've never seen the cox wear a life preserver.

This photo was with the IS turned on, I tried a couple of shot with IS turned off as well, and not much differance with IS on or off in my opinion
