Hello all,

First off, Happy New Year to everyone and hope you all had a great Xmas!

I spent mine at 5,000 feet on the top of Yellow Mountain (Huangshan) and I had loads of free time to experiment and play around with my D80, which was great!

Too many pics to post here, but if you have time you can see the best of them on my website Photos and Prints of China - Mark Amy Photography

Hope you like them!

Mark, those shots are truly amazing. Did you use HDR on any of them?

Thanks for kind comments, I'm really pleased with them too. It really is such a great place for pics. They say that the mountain looks different in every season so it'll be interesting to go back again in spring and see what it's like.

I think a couple of them are HDR with 3 exposures, the rest are single exposures with my additional Photoshop dabblings :) If you hover your mouse over the images, a window comes up with the EXIF info and the ones with no info will be the HDR ones.
