What do you use for cleaning body, lens, etc.

Also, do you clean the sensor yourselves? I found this video on the tube, and whilst it looks very easy and straightforward, I'm still not sure if ould try this...

I use a blower for removing loose dust on anything. If that isn't enough, on lens optical surfaces I use Eclipse solution and Pec Pads. On sensors I use Eclipse solution and Sensor Swabs. Wet sensor cleaning is done on an as needed basis, which in practice means something in the order of average twice a year for me.

Doh! Forgot that - I do use a lenspen for fingerprints before I reach for the solutions.
