Thanks Joe, I have only shot 2 races so I am pretty green, been working on my timing. Out of about 400 shots over 300 were keepers with about 200 like the posted ones. I will be doing a larger race in two weeks.

Thanks Neil, I was trying to put the viewer in the middle of the action.

Nice photos!
Try the following time to slower the shutter speed and add some panning, explained by Gordon here:http://www.dslrtips.com/workshops/How_to_blur_action_photos/panning_action_photo.shtml
Then you can get more move in your pics;)

bye

Nicely done. How close (in terms of meters or lens mm's) were you to the action?

Great action shots, the flying dirt is enough to indiate speed, #8 is my favorite with the close action.

Cheers

Thank you everyone appreciate the comments, Citruspers, on this tracks I can get right to track side, I actually got peppered a few times with dirt. Ruben123, I actually did some panning shots, you can see them on the post above, need to practice panning to get better images.

Got to admit, not really into bikes, but some great pics there.

As -Neil- said above Nos 8 and 12 do it for me.

Keep it up!
