Very nice work Mike, great angles, interesting locations and movement, good lighting, nice editing, and a palpable sense of tension! What happens next?!

thanks Bjorn and Gordon.
i should have explained it better, the contest canon put up requires to start with the still image of the last entry and it has to end with a still image in case it wins which then has to be used as the beginning image again
here is the contest page
http://vimeo.com/groups/beyondthestill
my video is approved and will be added shortly....

This is a very good production. Some contestants on this competition are really serious guys and put up a whole work team and gear to produce these videos. But your video is simple yet very powerful. The music, the atmosphere, the sense and feeling it gives to the viewer. Really well done.

On a side note, I don't see how this video fits with the storyline of the other two, but I guess that's not necessary according to the contest's rules.

Keep up the good work!

thanks murdockcrc. you are right - the way things are going, mine does not fit the story line, not braking any rules here, it won't win and the next time I enter I will continue the saga :)

Sorry for the foolish question, but how do you vote? Either I'm not smart enough to find the vote button on the page where all finalists are presented, or the voting period is over...

Thanks.

Hey man, I'm sorry that you did not win, but you made it to the finals, and that's awesome! Congratulations again.
