Nikon. Heh ;)

On a more serious note, I find that quite hard to believe. Even MS Paint that comes with Windows includes a Crop tool. I don't shoot Nikon, but I'm guessing it's Capture NX that comes with your camera. If so, you can crop.

Thanks for lookin, but i only got the crap software that comes with the cam. Need somthing better.

I'll just re-iterate what pgtips just said, if your running Windows you have the tools already in MS Paint. If you are running Windows 7 (maybe Vista also) you can download Windows Live Photo Gallery which gives you crop plus a few simple adjustments such as straighten photos , remove red eye, adjust brightness/contrast etc. Its a free download.

More advanced tools(plus the basics) can be found in Paint.net, also free. Plenty of options out there for no money.
