Will http://www.adorama.com/FPRRS.html work with my Sony A200 and lets just say a vivitar 285hv flash? I am unsure as to what cords i need and stuff for this to work.

I think the sony's have a different hotshoe, so unless your flash has a sync cable port, you should pay extra attention to the hotshoe used :)

lol ya thats why im kinda cautious to buy anything. im starting to dislike my sony's retarded attachments that no one else uses. but i will find out. :)

O i forgot to mention that this is going to be off camera flash only! so i was mainly just wondering it the transmitter would fit on my camera..? :)

The A200 doesn't have a flash-sync port, so you'll have to connect the transmitter to the flash hotshoe. This is why you need to check that the transmitter can be connected to Sony's proprietary hotshoe.
