Will http://www.adorama.com/FPRRS.html work with my Sony A200 and lets just say a vivitar 285hv flash? I am unsure as to what cords i need and stuff for this to work.

I think the sony's have a different hotshoe, so unless your flash has a sync cable port, you should pay extra attention to the hotshoe used

lol ya thats why im kinda cautious to buy anything. im starting to dislike my sony's retarded attachments that no one else uses. but i will find out.

O i forgot to mention that this is going to be off camera flash only! so i was mainly just wondering it the transmitter would fit on my camera..?

The A200 doesn't have a flash-sync port, so you'll have to connect the transmitter to the flash hotshoe. This is why you need to check that the transmitter can be connected to Sony's proprietary hotshoe.
