Wolfsong, congrats on the new laptop. Just a suggestion though: could you edit the message you posted and use the following code to make the link somewhat shorter?

link (or whichever text you like)

That'd make the page a bit more readable. Thanks in advance!

Nice purchases everyone! Have fun using them!

I got myself a two-day trip to Antwerp for next week. Going there with three friends from university, to take photos, have fun, enjoy the culture and architecture. :)

A IR Panel for built-in flash SG-3IR for 10 EUR. It is "attached to the camera's accessory shoe when the built-in Speedlight of a camera is used as a commander."
And I was almost on the brink of buying a SU-800 comander-unit for 250 EUR

The IR panel sits in the hot-shoe for an external flash and is just a holder with a black panel that you can mount in front of your built-in flash.
The effect? The infrared light from the built-in flash which carries the commander-instructions for remote slaves goes through, while the visible light is blocked. Just a little reflection from the black backside of the panel.
It avoids unwanted light from your built-in flash on the subject and looks like this:

Already tested, works well, me happy :D
