Do the E3 and the E5 hold their own in lowlight and night photographic situations?

Why E-5? I'm thinking to get the E-4, ISO goes all the way up to 512000, and it has crop factor of 10x so my 50-200mm instantly turns into a 500-2000! Yay!

You guys are so 21st century, my E-7 drives car, picks me up, sets it self and take a picture. I only approve or disaprove what I like/don't like.
