If you are referring to the Amanita muscaria var. muscaria image - it is definitely var. muscaria, just with an unusual pigmentation. I first thought it looks a lot like var. guessowii too, but that subspecies can only be found in Northeast America. Since I live too far away from that part of the world it can only be var. muscaria, right?

Thanks Ernie for the update. But as I read your comment "Too easy to confuse with poisonous mushrooms." too often I will not collect anything but "Wiesenchampignons" by myself

It is almost impossible to determine the correct taxon by images like that. Many fungi look so much alike that only a spore print can help.

Thomas wrote:

The Wiesenchampignon - German for Agaricus campestris (field/meadow mushroom) - is probably the most mushroomed fungus by those that are unexperienced or unwilling to experiment. Although some books warn about similarities to poisonous shrooms such as Amanita virosa, Amanita verna, Agaricus xanthodermus and Clitocybes like Clitocybe phyllophila it is save to say that after knowing the characteristics (aroma, hymenium, ...) it is almost foolproof. The only fungus it is commonly confused with is Agaricus arvensis (horse mushroom), which is edible.
