Leica has today revealed 'the next generation of Leica Cameras' in just over a weeks time. According to an official video (presented by Rudi Spiller, CEO) there will be a live webcast at 9.00 AM EST on 09/09/09, there could be some numerical hint there, Perhaps a new M9?. And here is the Live Webcast on 9/9/2009 - The next Generation of Leica Cameras

Saw an Asian tourist with a Leica M8 the other day. I was quite surprised to see such a camera. The D3 I saw later that day wasn't as unexpected as a Leica...

For novices and professionals... Affordable too?
