Anybody know if such a backpack even exist? I want a backpack that will fit both a DSLR and a couple of accessories as well as my school work for 4 courses.

Possibly a bag designed to hold a DSLR together with a notebook computer. Sorry, I don't have any models to hand but there has been some discussion on that subject in this section.

Agree with Bob here, just only bag that fit DSLR & Laptop/Notebook. Its nearly impossible to fit the school textbook & schoolwork/homework with DSLR in One Bag! :shock:

I use a Crumpler Formal Lounge. It has room for a laptop, my D80 and a couple of lenses and a flash with room for extra stuff too.

Hi there just popping in :)

I've been doing a lot of research on a similar topic... trying to fit a dslr into a bag that isn't a camera bag and came across this...

It's a shoulder bag or converts to a backpack.

it has 2 compartments, bottom one for slr gear and upper part for anything, books, clothing etc. it is a big bag!

Wow that Lowepro Rover sure looks good. But I already bought a Kata DR 467 for almost half the price. Just that it has a smaller top compartment. The Lowepro is too expensive for me either way, otherwise I would have gotten that instead!

Try the crumpler Pajama series. Another photographer showed me his bag, and it easily fitted his laptop, camera and a lot of gear.
