Hi, I purchased a Manfrotto 055 a couple months ago and planned on getting a decent ball head; something like an RRS BH-55 or Acratech GP... although that has been put on hold because of a certain person's unreliability

...so I decided to get a really cheap pan tilt or ball head, I don't really mind, to use until I actually get a good one.

I have a D90 with 18-105mm, the heaviest lens I'm going to be using is probably a 105mm micro so I need something that is pretty reliable with those weights.

Could anyone recommend me a tripod head which is no more than £40. I would probably be getting it off eBay as well so it may be more than £40 at retail value.
