Hi patti

Aliens are tasty too! I stir-fried my alien and some of his friends for dinner. Hope this doesn't set off the invasion of Earth! :D

There really are some great entries this month. Varun i think your entry and description is very imaginative :) The mind boggles at the freezer box, was this a first idea or were there others?

Thanks Sue (I think thats your name, there used to be a signature in your posts). There were many others, another worth mentioning was of a mosquito repelent, its in shape of a flying saucer, but you see there is a flying saucer entry already and more importantly, I dont believe in flying saucers, its a very inefficient design.

What language is it HTG?

I can make out only four words puddings, oven fishies, green beans and waters.

Looks like written with blood though, but alien blood is green, isnt it ?

varunchauhan, good work! It's actually my wife's shopping list. She wrote down what she wanted to have and I picked the note up as you see it on the photo and was confused by the words and thought of this assignment.

It's upside down and horizontally flipped like I first saw it. The red ink was so strong that it soaked through the paper and was visible on the other side.

It reads - as you have already figured out -

"puddings/quarks
plain lowfat joghurt
(Bi-ghurt)
oven fishies
jar green beans
gnove
waters"

With
"quarks" = curd/curds/curd cheese
"Bi-ghurt" = bio joghurt of a certain brand
"oven fishies" = fish you bake in the oven
a jar of green beans
"gnove" = a bunnyish way of saying 'love' - she always writes that on her shopping lists for me

Good work on your photo. I figured it was ice. The location became clearer after having had a look at the original.

regards,
HTG

Thanx for the comment HTG, BTW do you speak english in Germany?
I mean knowing english is different, but writing shopping list in english means you use english even informaly.

My wife writes shopping lists in English because she comes from the US. We're talking English at home in Germany although I'm a German. It's easier for both.

regards,
HTG
