Cotton Clouds of Heaven

I caught this beautiful sky this past weekend while I was at Point Pelee National park in Ontario Canada. First time useing a friends Polarizing and neutral density filters.

Apature: F11
Shutter speed: 1/350second
Sensitivity: ISO 200
Time of day: 5:40 in the evening

No post processing other then resize. Polarizing filter and neutral density filter used.

This is my very first attempt at anything like this and I took my idea of something delicate from the classic movie "It's a Wonderful Life" where as a father George Bailey must deal with the delicate feelings of his sick little girl, ZU ZU, when she finds that some of the delicate petals of her wilted flower have fallen off...

Moths are some of the most delicate creatures I know of. Even a gentle touch will remove the dusty surface on their wings.
