Just bought a 10 IS. I am having trouble with downloading the video clips onto my computer. I previously had a Panasonic which was very easy to use. I installed the software and finally got the memory card onto the computer. When I view the video clips, (which was one of the big selling points for me) the picture is about 4 inches square. I have a 19" monitor and would like the video to be at least big enough to see the action on the grandson's baseball game. Is there some adjustment I need to make that I don't know about? I called Canon support twice and they were no help at all. Any help would be appreciated. At this point, it wouldn't take much for me to return the camera.

Norm (at support) said the video was not the high priority with the camera. I think he was saying the video was just an afterthought. I think he just didn't know how to answer my questions and didn't want to admit it.

You are right. I have since spent the weekend with it and am finding my way around it a little better. I still have questions but I think I am going to have to find owners for answers as I think Canon support has 3 heads.
