Debating if I should get one of these... link.

Short spec summary is:
* Maksutov-Cassegrain design (pretty rugged and maintenance free)
* 780mm focal length
* 78mm aperture = f/10
* weatherproof & rubber armour
* weight approx. 1kg

Typical UK price around £90 delivered from various places.

The light weight and relatively short focal length should make this quite handholdable, not to mention f/10 is brighter than average for these designs.

For the moon it might be ideal to get it in a single shot even when full.

Possible downsides are as a spotting scope arrangement the eyepiece mount is at 45 degree angle so will be a little odd using that with a DSLR. Also I have to wonder if it has a built in image erector or if it is done in the supplied eyepieces. Ideally for prime focus camera use it would not be corrected, as the camera does it for you.

Also, looking at the description again, I'm not so sure now it takes standard 1.25 inch eyepieces without an optional adapter, which looks like the native size might be smaller. That would be another negative...
