Hi guys,

here we go again with another great Zuiko Digital lens. I just got my hands on it this morning and we don't have great weather for photography right now, but even though I'll show you two shots I took today

I used my Olympus E-510. All shots are taken with f4.0 at 9mm.

This shot has been postprocessed, but what matters is that I'm nearly standing inside that well and that I could not see the face of that statue without looking up quite a bit

And here's the whole place:

Overall, I'm pretty impressed by what this really light lens can do and I hope that we'll get better weather soon so that I can do some more shots.

Really great shots Tobias. I really want one. Do you think you would use it on a regular basis? How do you like it so far?

Well, I love it. The main reason I switched from my compact to an DSLR was that I wanted more wide angle. I would go so far as to say that this lens is now my primary lens in combination with the 70-300 for shooting birds and insect macros and the 50mm for portraits.

If you remember Gordon's words from the end of the 7-14mm review, they apply here just as well. This lens is definitly a reason to get into the 4/3 system.

I just got my 14-54 today. Will take it out for a test ride tomorrow.

I'd love to get my hands on the 9-18. But I need to wait at least a month before buying anything else or else I feel like I'm just blowing money into the wind! Plus, I still want to get a 50 macro too.

I just got one in the mail last night, it cost 525 at bhphoto. The weather is great and I should be able to post some shots today.

:( I have 35mm macro and 70-300 zoom lens only.

I cannot buy lenses in shopping online because I do not have credit card.

Help me find wide angle lenses in camera stores.

I live near Livonia, Michigan.

Maybe B&H or Adorama take money orders.
