Pros: Gives an ultra wide angle for the Canon EFS mount bodies, good sharpness out to the corners for such a wide angle lens, low distortion, decent build for a non "L" lens

Cons: EFS mount may limit you if/when you upgrade to FF body, hood is not included (personal pet peeve of mine regarding Canon's lenses)

Notes: This is a fun lens to use. It gives you a completely different perspective to any scene. The 10-22 lets you shoot in cramped quarters, although it's not very flattering for tight group shots, because the people's faces on the end will be stretched. This is a great landscape lens.

Wow, it took me awhile to figure out how to post photos, but after a lot of user error, I think I finally got it. Must be getting old.

Anyhow, these are some sample photos I took with this lens, it's one of my most favorite lenses that I carry everywhere with me. I took it to Ohio Caverns a few weeks ago where I knew quarters would be cramped, and flashes/tripods prohibited. Even in low light and hand-held they turned out great, wonderful color rendition! Hope you enjoy.

This lens is such a blast. I have just purchased it...purely for the fun aspects that it presents. Here's a couple of samples of how I have enjoyed it.

NurseDiesel1 how were you able to attach your images to a reply? Is there a code I need to put into the reply?

Hi Kistorey,

There's a useful sticky on the Technical & Scientific topic: How to post pics

Hope that helps,
Jamie
