Pros: Sharp images wide open, excellent contrast and color, relatively inexpensive "L" lens. Creamy smooth bokeh.

Cons: A little long on a cropped body, big hood

Notes: This is a fun lens to use for candid street photography. It's fast, sharp and lets you get in close to the action without carrying a big zoom. It would work well for indoor sports shooters if you're close to the action. I seriously regret selling this lens.

Wow, those images are great! Lovely sharp and saturated L goodness. Straight onto the wish list.

Thanks Steve

IS is no needed for such long ? You've taken great picture with this lens :D

But I think this lens is too expensive. perhaps Canon EF 70-200/2,8 L USM is better, any comments? 70-200 is about same price as 135

well i have never used 135L in reality, but i have seen many shots...and 70-200 f2.8 is well just not as good in IQ and 135L is smaller, lighter and just (for me) seem a better lens if you need this focal length!

very sharp even at f/2 also the bokeh is awesome.

Maybe ideal for full frame but in crop sensor it is just too long, no IS is hard to use in low light
