Hi everyone, I've completed my review of the Panasonic FZ47 / FZ48, successor to the best-selling FZ40 / FZ45.

See my Panasonic Lumix FZ47 / FZ48 review for more details!

Great review Gordon,

One thing that I could not see in your review was about the autofocus. Panasonic claims that it's much faster on this model....what was your experience with it? Does it focus faster then the FZ45/FZ38/FZ28?

And how is the shutterlag? Is it better then previous models?

Thanks again for the review

Jákup

I'll take another look Jakup. It certainly felt very snappy in use.

I'll report back when I also have the FZ150 in my hands.

Gordon...great job on the review!

I'm looking forward to reading the FZ150 review...if all goes well I'll be ordering one through one of your links!

If you remember...can you verify if the auto-review can be shut off after taking a photo.

Thanks!

Mitch

I just git a new FZ47. I'm amazed at all the flexablity of this camera. I had a Canon A80 previously and there was a web sight I used that not only gave tips on how some of the settings were used ,but personal opinions about settings that were successful for him. The site was Albert.achtung.com/cameras/A80. I was wondering if you know of a sight that would be as helpful for learning my new FZ47?
