 Post subject: FZ150 raw processing
PostPosted: Tue Nov 29, 2011 1:27 pm
I am 90% certain I'm going to buy the FZ150 having looked at lots of reviews of super zoom/bridge cameras. I want the ability to process raw files but one review I read said you had to convert the raw files to dng before you could process them, this is putting me off. Does the FZ150 come with its own raw processing software does anyone know?

I have the Panasonic FZ28 and it came with software called Silkypix which is a raw processing/image manipulation programme. It also came with an image viewer/organiser so I think the FZ150 will come with everything you need.

Yep, it comes with silkypix which can convert RAW files - that's what I used in my RAW test page on my review - did you see it?

No I haven't seen that but I shall go and have a look now, it was your review of the FZ150 that did impress me, especially the AF while zooming in video, and thanks for a brilliant site I will be buying from one of your partner shops.
