I know that's a lot of questions but I had a Canon 950IS which I really liked a pretty high model at $399 new. Felt great, screen was nice, img quality was pretty good. Well it broke, to many little drops I guess. sucks.
So my wife wants more zoom. So I'm looking at Panasonic because they seem to get in the reviews a lot in the zoom catagory.
How would you expect the quality to compare to my smaller zoom, few year old canon. I really don't want to give much up. I've seen the:
ZS6
ZS7
ZS8
They seem to all look pretty good. We have a HD camcorder so movies over 8 min. aren't everything. I just don't want these to be going downhill as for terms of image quality.
I know megapix aren't everything so if you all could help me decide.
