I had been trying to decide between a couple of cameras which to get, the FZ28 was one of them.

I'm not sure about other countries but for Canadians, if you collect airmiles, you can get this camera totally free. It retails for around $450 here so it's a heck of a deal. I just got mine and so far have only played with the iA setting but am looking forward to learning how to use all the features.
