Hi, I will be back on he forums regularly sometime within the next few months but until that times comes I have a quick question.
I purchased a Panasonic FZ18 round a year ago now and it's still great but I am looking for a camera which I can take with me more or less everywhere and on family holiday and therefore need a compact. The TZ7 seems to be precisely what I want from a camera with a few features added which were missing from the TZ5 and was wondering how good theoretically are the video and audio functions along with all the other features on the camera. Its being marketed as a video/still hybrid and if that is the case I'll probably sell my video camera (Panasonic HDC-SD5) as my current video camera is 1080i and the new TZ7 is 720p which due to the progressive scanning is better for my progressive viewing equipment at home.
Thanks for any input. James.
