I have 3 no of super zoom NIKON P90 , KODAK Z 981, OLYMPUS SP 800 UZ. OLYMPUS have following draw backs 1) It don"t have view finder 2) No manual mode. BUT picture quality is superb, captures very good pictures in low light also. close up results are also very good and can be compared with dslr up to much extent. I do not understand why olympus is criticized always and could not find place in top compact camera list neither i could not find much more written about olympus on any photographic related articles or review on net. Will any one comment about my this opinion?

Welcome to the forum. Yeah, Olympus are a minority manufacturer and don't spend as much on marketing as the others. Similar to Pentax in some ways.
