What's an original Pen-FT lens?

If you mean the Zuiko lenses for the 4/3 system like the 50mm macro then yes, they will work with an adapter.

I believe Pen FT was one of the older film Pen standards in the mid-Sixties, which used half of the traditional 35mm frame - so the frame size was 24x18mm. This is still bigger than the (Micro) Four Thirds sensor, so in theory they're optically corrected for the frame size.
